Who we are
GoJugFree is a service of Eco Water Use. We help businesses that use 5-gallon water jugs see what they could save with a bottleless water cooler, and, if they ask, we match them with one local bottleless water provider. This policy explains what we collect through gojugfree.com, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
When you request your personalized report, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Your name, business name, email, business phone, street address, city, ZIP code and website
- How your business provides drinking water today, how many jugs and coolers you use, who delivers them, and whether you're under contract and when it ends
- How many people are on site, when you'd consider switching, and who decides on water service (including that person's name and role, if you give them)
- The numbers you set in the savings slider
- Whether you'd like a free comparison from a local provider
We also record a few things automatically when you submit:
- The consent statement you agreed to and the time you agreed to it
- Your IP address, browser type and the page address you submitted from, kept as proof of that consent and to block spam
- If you arrived from an ad, the campaign details in the link (such as the ad network's click ID and campaign name)
Why we collect it
- To build and email your personalized report
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your water comparison, as you agreed when you submitted the form
- To match you with one local bottleless provider, if you asked for a comparison
- To keep a record of your consent, prevent spam and abuse, and understand which ads bring people to the site
Who we share it with
Your information is not sold to lists.
- One matched local provider, only if you ask for a comparison. If you choose "Yes" for a free comparison, we share your details with one local bottleless water provider so they can prepare it. If you choose "Just the report," we don't share your details with a provider.
- Service providers that run the site for us, such as our web hosting and email delivery services. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
How to opt out
You can stop hearing from us at any time:
- Texts: reply STOP to any text message.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
- Anything else: email [email protected] and we'll stop contacting you. You can also ask us to update or delete your information there.
Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
